Cancellations and Refunds

1. Refunds

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us or used coupon code while purchasing web hosting, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.

There will be no Refunds for Hosting Renewals. For money back / refund you have to first open a ticket in the Client area and tell Us the reason for taking refund/money back.

2. Domains Refund

If you purchase the domain, you will not get any refund. If your domain is transferred by mistake, you will not get a refund. You will not be refunded tax on a refund.

3. Non-refundable Products and Services.

Not with standing anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on dedicated servers, domains, reseller hosting services, vps, gamming server, or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Company.

4. Cancellation Process. services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.

If you cancel your service you will get refund in your SenpaiHost's Wallet. From SenpaiHost wallet you can withdraw your money on paytm/upi or you can use wallet money to buy our services also. All cancellation requests must be made directly via Cancellations requests are not accepted by email, postal mail, by phone or via the help desk ( If a customer canceled a recurring order by contacting any 3rd parties, we will consider it as an account cancellation request. In such cases, SenpaiHost reserves the right to terminate the customer account with immediate effect without any prior notice.
